Victor Sahm Jr., CEO/Chairman
Graduated in 1960 from Trinity University with a BBA. He was the
National Sales Manager for The American Cyanamid Plastic Division until
1971. Founded Maxi-Lift in 1972. He has been involved with NIBA, PTDA,
GEAPS, and AFIA over the last 30 years.

Beaude Sahm, President
Beaude graduated from TCU in 1989 with a Bachelors degree in Marketing.
He has also attended Wharton Business School and SMU for additional
Business Studies. He is responsible for all major operational areas
including manufacturing, accounting/finance & sales/marketing.
Additionally, he leads teams in the development of new products and
markets. Beaude believes in creating additional value for our customers
while fostering a positive work environment that allows people to enjoy,
learn and succeed. He has served on boards/commitees of the National
Belting Association (NIBA), American Feed Industry Association (AFIA),
and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

Paul Phillips, VP of Sales and Marketing
Paul graduated from West Texas A&M in 1992 with a Bachelors degree in
Marketing. He attended The University of Texas, Dallas and received his
MBA in 1995. He has also attended postgraduate seminars at The
University of Texas, Austin. Paul is responsible for all sales, marketing and customer
service functions for Maxi-Lift, Inc. He is a member of the GEAPS, NIBA,
PTDA, AFIA, and serves on The Executive Board of EMC.

Bo Fisher, Sales Manager
and Director of Agricultural Products
Bo graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in
Business and Marketing. He joined Maxi-Lift in December of 1994. Bo is
responsible for Maxi-Lift’s sales programs and sales staff. He is also
responsible for all marketing related to Maxi-Lift’s agricultural product
lines. He is the product manager for the Tiger-Tuff Maximum Duty, HD-Max
Heavy Duty, and CC-Max Heavy Duty elevator buckets. Bo also writes the
Bucket Bulletin, Maxi-Lift’s newsletter, and is the creative director for
all of our advertising. He is a member of GEAPS and currently serves on the
Associates Board of Directors. He has also served on the organization’s
Educational Programming Committee and Chapter Resource Committee. |

Chris Tarver, Industrial Sales and Marketing
Chris graduated in December of 1998 from Texas A&M University with a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Distribution. Chris is
responsible for the marketing and promotion of Maxi-Lift's industrial
duty elevator buckets which includes the Maxi-Tuff line of precision
injection-molded Dupont Zytel Nylon, Urethane, and Polyethylene AA and
MF style buckets; custom fabricated carbon steel, stainless steel, and
aluminum elevator buckets; and a complete line of malleable iron
buckets. Additionally, Chris is responsible for promoting Maxi-Lift's
line of carbon steel, stainless steel, and zinc-plated elevator bolts
and related hardware.
